This is a well supported association for parents, teachers and staff of the school. This group provides all kinds of social and educational provisions for our children and functions for adults as well.  Membership is open to everyone with an interest in the school and its children.

Registered Charity
Kings Forest PTA is a registered charity, charity number 1122494.
The Annual General Meeting was held 6th October 2009 where the following committee members were voted in as Officers:

• Chair: Emma Skinner
• Vice Chair: Milly Hammond (on maternity leave until July 2010)
• Secretary: Annalea Rogers
• Treasurer: Debbie Willet
• Fund Raising Officer: Sally Dew

The PTA generally meets once a school term with sub committee meetings in between to organise any events.  Please come along if you can, all are welcome.
Committee meetings are held on a Tuesday in the School Hall at 7.30pm.
The next meeting is the 13th July.

Fund Raising
The PTA aim to raise money and plan organised events throughout the school year to do so. The money raised is used to buy items that will enhance the learning experience for all children at Kings Forest Primary. A few examples of where money raised has been put to good use are; subsidizing school trips, supplying netball and football kit, buying plants for the pond. Teachers are asked to generate a wish list which is submitted at a committee meeting, the PTA discuss and agree to finance as many of these "wishes"as possible.

School Uniform
The PTA organise the selling of logo school uniform.  If you need to purchase school uniform then please print off the school uniform order form, complete and hand in with payment to the school office.  Please note payment is required with your order. We endeavor to keep a supply of uniform at school, however any items not in stock will be ordered.  Ordered items take approx 2–3 weeks to arrive.
