SEN Teaching Assistant

If you are passionate about inclusion and supporting children with additional needs to be successful in a mainstream setting whilst working within a supportive team then apply to join us!

Our school is seeking the right person to join our team to support a child in Reception with autism to be successful and happy in school. The successful candidate will work within the school’s specialist ASC provision with opportunities for training and multi-agency working. They will also work as part of a skilled and supportive team of TAs who specialise in working with pupils with ASC.

Kings’ Forest is committed to inclusion and all children feeling valued and safe. We also place a high value on the joy of childhood meaning our staff are actively involved in children’s learning through play, both inside and out. We are looking for the special someone who will sing with our children, join-in in the sand pit or forest school. If this is you then we would love to meet you!

The successful candidate will work within the school’s social, emotional, mental health team with opportunities for training and multi-agency working. They will  work as part of a skilled and supportive team of TAs who specialise in working with pupils with social emotional and mental health needs.
